Uh... actually, I'm kind of new here too so I don't know how to start unions.:P Look around in the Union Recrutment board. I'm sure you can find some answers there.

work on getting charter members first. and before you know it, you'll already be lvl 6. but basic be active, and your lvl will go up. and fyi, the lvl updates daily, so you won't see any changes until tomorrow.
