Ahhhh, those Palestinians...

First, watch this if you don't know what is going on over in Israel right now...

I am just really curious to what other people think of this situation right now, beside the obvious fact that it is essentially pointless.

Personally, the Palestinians need to realize that they will never win, and there loved ones will forever suffer if they do not surrender. They cannot come to terms with what is done is done and that the Jews will never give up Israel (surprise, surprise!), and that their $50 Soviet rockets will never bring them victory. Now, I realize what the Jews did was wrong back in the 50's, but lets be realistic, the Jews deserved their own country after WWII.

It has come to the point now that Israel HAS to react...unfortunately, after the Palestians are pushed from Gaza, then the rest of the Islamic world will attack Israel (Syria and Iran particularly), either diplomatically or militarily, and we will most likely see giant Middle Easter war...inevitable if you ask me. As far as I am concerned, extremist's of the Islamic faith throughout the world are causing endless amounts ot violence and grief, and sooner or later it needs to come to a end.

First of all, just to get it out of the way, I am religious in absolutely no way, or prejudice against any faith or race...HOWEVER, people of the Jewish faith have been discriminated against in hundreds of nations throughout both ancient and modern times, and the Holocaust was simply the last straw. Given the history of the Jewish people and the attitude towards them world wide, they do deserve their own nation to be free and safe. Now, why not in the U.S. or Canada or some other free Wester nation? Jerusalem obviously, but lets be realistic, they got it from the Palesinians and they need to live with it.

What in God's name is it going to take for Israel & Palestine to agree on some kind of Palestine state and end this BS. Every freaking other month it's something. It's both parties fault, look at Pakistan & India, they are pissed 24/7 at each other, but still don't fight constantly.btaylor2404

i dont get why the allies didnt just give them a piece of germany, why put them in an area surrounded by arab countries, and give them at the time what was palastinian land. and with all the protection israel gets from usa and that you cant criticize them without being labelled a anti simite, no wonder people get angry at them when they do stuff like bombing hospitals and powerplants-Y2J-

yes put them near the nation that tried to exterminate them and take away some land of that nation doing it.

beside europe never was too friendly to jews, they have been thrown out of france some 3-4 times and masacred in various french cities some 2 times, out of germany, killed in spain, poland didn't like them either thrown out of my country 1-2 times (part of austria at that time) iirc etc. One would think after 1000 years of getting brutaly murdered and throwen out of basicly every country in europe they would get it that it is a bad idea going there again

jews were through history much better off living in a muslim country than they ever were living in europe and even there christians came and slaughthered them along with muslims (1. crusade killed quite a lot of jews)

i know a few people who feel they need to be nicer to black people since they were discrimanated by their ancestors and what not.muffintheduffin

But I don't understand why it's a bad thing? Given that many Palestinians are at least part black they should be proud of it.
