losers are people who lose. there are many ways people can lose.in our social norm, for most adolescent males, it seems like not being competitive in the friend/girlfriend zone, etc, and is considered as losing compared to his counterparts.

but it all depends on your standard of what to "lose" or "win" if you set your standard like, playing video games and becomming best player as possible, then you aren't losing.

you are a loser when you set a goal and fail to achieve it.

I disagree with the bold part a lot; failure doesn't equate being a loser.

In all honestly you are a loser because you see yourself as such. A loser wants something but is unable or unwilling to obtain it. If you are happy with your life then you will never be a loser in your mind; others might view you as such, but does it matter.

Plus this is a gaming forum, a lot of the guys here fall in the "loser" stereotype.

1.I Dont Have any friends 2. I HAVE NVER HAD A Girl friend btw im 19. 3. Never had ect kissed a girl.. I GET PICKED ON LIKE 1 TIME IN THE AWARDS CEREMONIES I GOT CALLD UP TO ACEPT THE AWARD AND THS KID PANTS ME IN FROnt of everybody in school.4.Ok scratch that i haad an online girlfriend but she brok up wit me...5 I pot on here and gametrailers way too much.. 6. i play video games way too much like 30 hrs a week. Im still living withh my parents not going to college anytime soon since my parents cant afford it. so DO you guys have any of these qualities tht i have in my patheic life

Oh wow. This post just made me feel really depressed. I can't understand why people like the person who pants'd you can be so mean. I mean, if you know somebody feels down about themselves or even have a feeling about it, don't try to add to it.

I'd say don't worry about the whole girlfriend thing and never being kissed. Neither has happened to me either and I'm sixteen. However, I've got an amazing group of friends with a ratio of boys to girls of about 3:5. Oh my God this post just makes me angry. Honestly, if you're really into video games like you say try finding people in your area with the same interests. Chances are it won't get you a girlfriend, but you'll be around people of similar interests and they won't disrespect you.

TC, I can say I've seen a lot of bigger losers in this thread alone.

Yes I have had a big majority of those things you listed. Never had a gf despite being 17, ridiculed in primary school, ignored in highschool, play games a lot and go on these sometimes depressing forums (especially threads like this). But I have a important thing and as corny as it sounds it's hope, without it.....well you're screwed. So make sure you hold onto it. Don't expect your parents to pay for your college. Get a job. And friends are a waste of time. I used to have a lot, but man believe me, not having people call you all the time because they want to "chill" gives you so much more time to do whatever you want. Maybe that's just me but I get tired of being around people rather quickly. Whether it be listening/writing music, playing guitar, video games or just simply posting on GameSpot. Also I've never had a girlfriend either and don't feel like a looser because of it. I really don't care. Also don't take **** like that from people! Then again I can't really help you with that because I've almost never been picked on.. Only once in elementary and it was short lived because my cousin beat the **** out of the "bully" lawl.

This is also true, being a zero is bad, so make yourself a minus zero. Becoming a drug practitioner will grant you an identity, one where you may gain confidence and renown through being plastered. You may fall into your own crowd, and even if you didn't you probably wouldn't care so much. Give it a try for a few years and if the worse comes to the worse, maybe you'll meet some new people in rehab, a place where people are forced to socialise with each other.
