This story begins in September when I started my last year of high school. I started to notice that everytime I stood up id go dizzy. At first I thought nothing of it but as time went on it got worse and happend more frequently. So a month had gone and it was worse so I decided to do some research and I could not find ANYTHING! I put it down to lack of sleep and an unbalanced diet. At this time I had been madly in love with a girl for about 3 years and she knew I liked her, but she was taken. So around christmas time I pushed it to far and we fell out from christmas untill a few days ago when we made up.

Now, I am still going dizzy at this point but I start to notice im tired 24/7 and mock exams have begun. Apparently I am stressed, depressed and have.. 'High Anxiety'? So I looked these things up and found what my symptoms come under and here it is...

Stress/Depressed

- Headaches

- Always tired

- Muscle aches

- Lack of energy

- Cant sleep

- Cant concentrate

- Nausea

- Sadness

- Anger

Anxiety

Anxiety is the feeling of fear we all experience when faced with threatening or difficult situations. It helps us to avoid dangerous situations, makes us alert and motivates us to deal with problems.

---------------

Reading all of this scared me. On top of that I am failing in school which I put down to the stress because I cannot concentrate no matter what. Im finding it so hard to live atm. I cant seem to find anybody that understands the way I am feeling either.

Can anybody help please?

i can get dizzy from standing up too fast from a lying down or a prone position too. its very normal. All those symptomes mentioned can be applied to most people at different stages in their lifes. Youre really not going insane.

This might make you feel better, I was in love or thought I was in love with a girl ( maybe I still am? who knows) and am experiencing the exact same feelings as you. I chock it up to just growing up, maybe slight depression. It really is messing up my whole life as I'm trying to apply and get into college right now, but it feels like it doesn't even really matter anymore. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is I think I can kind of relate to what your going through, PM me if you want to talk about it lol. I hear that stuff helps!

If you're feeling physical symptoms then you might just be dehydrated. I know it seems silly but you'd be surprised how down you get when you're dehydrated. Drink more water and if you aren't eating 3 meals a day, do that. I've been feeling much better now that I eat and drink more, I never used to make a real note of it. I just ate when my stomach was gnawing at my spine.

just from quickly skimming over this noticing ms. bianca's post

the rush of blood to the head/ dizzy fainting comes from low blood pressure

do you notice that when you stand up your vision goes all weird for a second?

i told you its low blood pressure

i have it too

the blood isnt getting to his head fast enough causing him to half-faint and get dizzy and lose balance - but just for a moment
