I'm 15 years old and I'm around 5'8" 5'9" and i weigh 110. I find it weird because I'm most of the time eating the only time I probably don't eat is at school the lunch there is nasty and I'm not anexeredic or however you spell it.

Eat duh. Eat like a man. Steak dinners, stock up on little debbie cakes, order pizza.
im 5'9" and weigh about 135. im skinny still.
if you want to gain weight, eat more,work out and stuff though, you dont want to be unhealthy. drink protein shakes? youre young so your metabolism is really fast, it slows down with age. you're fine.

Depends on what kind of weight he's looking to gain. I don't think he ever specified.

You are probably under weight. Look up online, for your body mass index, and it will be able to give you more information. Ravirr
Take this advice. Have a look at your BMI and then decide where to go from there.

Well, #1: you need to gain weight. I suggest you visit your doctor and ask for help if you can't do it on your own. And #2: if the lunch at school sucks - bring your own.

Look, you may be underweight, but you aren't done growing yet. Hell, my husband is20 years old, 5'11" and weighs 125. One day, your metabolism will catch up to you, but if you really want to gain weight, drink protien shakes and exercise. Anerobic(weight lifting) one day, Aerobic(running, speed walking, biking) the next.
I assume that you also have a small frame? You really don't have much to worry about, to be honest. But if you want to gain weight, just keep up with protein and excercise.

I don't agree. As far as I know, you shouldn't excercise with weights until after teenage years.
A good way to gain weight is to eat and eat often. It doesn't have to be a lot of food on the plate every time you eat, as long as you're eating something (and something healthy, I might add) every three hours or so (does not include eating in your sleep). Still, if you think you are skinny and want help with gaining weight, see your doctor for better advice than a gaming forum :)

that is AWFUL advice. Teens can lift weights and it's actually better to start lifting at 15-16 as opposed to 19-20. I wish I started lifting when I was younger.[QUOTE="Fighting_Rebel"]so what should i do to gain weight andyboiii
lots and lots of protein. And you have to eat for 2 people now even if you thinks it's too much keep eating away
that, or become a full time gamer. that seems to work most of the time.
i recommend WoW for maximum weight gain.
