I'm 15 years old and I'm around 5'8" 5'9" and i weigh 110. I find it weird because I'm most of the time eating the only time I probably don't eat is at school the lunch there is nasty and I'm not anexeredic or however you spell it.

Give it some time. You're still growing. Most people go through that period where you grow taller but your muscles can't quite follow at the same pace.

I guess so. When I was 15 I was about your height, but around 40 lbs heavier and there wasn't a pinch of fat on me. But you still have a ways to go.

Well I'm 5'10 180 and ain't fat or have much muscle so I'd say you are way too skinny.

Give it some time. When I was 15, I was just about the same as you are now (except I was about 5'10"). Ever since then (a span of around 2 years) I've gained about 25 lbs just from letting time take its toll.

You are probably under weight. Look up online, for your body mass index, and it will be able to give you more information.

im 5'9" and weigh about 135. im skinny still.

if you want to gain weight, eat more,work out and stuff though, you dont want to be unhealthy. drink protein shakes? youre young so your metabolism is really fast, it slows down with age. you're fine.

well i am 15 and tall don't know exactly my height but am 54 kilos do the math i go to the gym so im a bit bulky ,skiny guys should go to gyms they become arnolds in a few months but i was fat and burned everything in the gym

Take this advice. Have a look at your BMI and then decide where to go from there.

tc, you prolly have a fast metabolism or a tape worm. i use to be real skinny too but bulked up during my semi-pro football days. as you get older the weight will be put on. i don't know your diet but if you eat carbs and work out the body will start looking very appealing and strong.

Well, #1: you need to gain weight. I suggest you visit your doctor and ask for help if you can't do it on your own. And #2: if the lunch at school sucks - bring your own.

Look, you may be underweight, but you aren't done growing yet. Hell, my husband is20 years old, 5'11" and weighs 125. One day, your metabolism will catch up to you, but if you really want to gain weight, drink protien shakes and exercise. Anerobic(weight lifting) one day, Aerobic(running, speed walking, biking) the next.

I assume that you also have a small frame? You really don't have much to worry about, to be honest. But if you want to gain weight, just keep up with protein and excercise.

I don't agree. As far as I know, you shouldn't excercise with weights until after teenage years.

A good way to gain weight is to eat and eat often. It doesn't have to be a lot of food on the plate every time you eat, as long as you're eating something (and something healthy, I might add) every three hours or so (does not include eating in your sleep). Still, if you think you are skinny and want help with gaining weight, see your doctor for better advice than a gaming forum :)

that is AWFUL advice. Teens can lift weights and it's actually better to start lifting at 15-16 as opposed to 19-20. I wish I started lifting when I was younger.

that, or become a full time gamer. that seems to work most of the time.

i recommend WoW for maximum weight gain.

I am of your physical dimensions as well. Yes we are skinny but forget what people say. I work out and eat ALOT and I don't gain weight. I'm just glad I'm not fat. Being fat looks horrible.

Wow your skinnier than me! xD Im 5'11, weight 122-125 and am 17. I tried to gain weight too, but I'm too lazy to exercise. I suggest you just eat alot of the foods at home.

i dont want to sound negative but yea, im 5"9 and im 150. but i still look kinda skinny, i made my arms bigger by working them out, i also work out on my chest. it helps gain you more mass only if you gain more protien though. im 15.

Being healthy affects you a lot in the long run.

As for gaining weight, muscle weighs more than fat. So exercise regularly, eat a bit more. And you should be good to go in about 4-5 weeks I would say.
