PICS WITH FAT WOMAN

Interesting article. Biologically it was always thought that black people in general developed muscle easier than whites, who developed fat easier in general. At least that's what my mum said. Something to do with whites whose ancestors originate from countries with cold or mild climates like Britain. Basically the same reason we have different pigment colouration.
I am eating a Whopper burger right now. I love fast food at times, especially burger king, who's burgers are, in my opinion, extremely delicious. Unfortunately, I just cant gain weight, even though I want to (weight training course). I have been eating the worst foods on this planet all week, and I actually LOST weight.
Anyway, obesity in America is a dying trend, literally. Ic ant imagine morbidly obese people getting very far, as they will be racked by health conditions and physical limitations that skinnier people might not have to deal with..
That's just my thoughts on the matter...

Eating crappy food isn't the way to gain weight...you want to gain muscle, not fat guy. Just keep working out, and the muscle will rack up eventually, it takes a while for it to start up though.
And places like Lane Bryant, which sell only upper sized clothing, I think are sending the wrong message. Why make them think it's okay by giving them clothes that'll fit? Maybe not being able to wear clothes that fit will be that extra push to make them lose some damn weight.
Obese people truly sicken me, and I'm not ashamed to admit to that. It's a serious health problem and there mentality about the issue is insulting.
I agree, it's a problem. A lot of people are too lazy or too addicted to that lifestyle to change, so they make up excuses not to or plans to change that never actually happen. The same goes with a lot of people that are addicted to something. I know many smokers that know that smoking is causing harm to them and those around them, some say "Well Monday I'm going to stop." Then Monday comes and goes and that person is still smoking.
I guess food, drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine, ect, are somethings people can indulge in and enjoy, which can make your life more enjoyable in the short term, but in the long term will probably shorten your life span. Everyone has their vices, even gaming could probably be considered one. But I'm going a little off topic, the point I guess I was trying to make is that obesity isn't the only problem and yes, people need to take responsibility for their actions and change their lifestyles for the better.
[QUOTE="ronniepage588"]we have enough world class athletes to make up for them. olympics, nba, nhl, mlb, and of course NFL, college etc etc etc. its bad but, atleast we still won the most medals in the olympicsEnosh88
that probably the most stupid argument I have heard in a long time
"hey we have a lot of rich people, why fix the economic problems?"
i was jokin mr analytical
[QUOTE="markop2003"][QUOTE="leejohnson7"]I hear it's pretty bad, but I never witnessed it. It's just a stereotype I hear on XBL, but being British it's not like I would know unless I went there. I heard that portions and clothing sizes are a little bloated compared to over here though.leejohnson7
simply go to an american clothing store, they use the same clothes, the american size system for women is bigger there too all the numbers are 2 higher than uk sizes
That would be a good way of tackling it:
Fat guy: "there is nothing in the store that fits me"
Clerk: "try the tent section over in mountaineering"
They should bully them and stop stocking huge sizes, that would surely throw a message.

i agree somewhat.
for one, slavery definitely did a lot for all these rich black athletes today, can't deny that had nothing to do with the overwhelming amount of world class athletes in america that are of african decent. i guess its the one and only positive effect of it all...
but i remember when i was in eighth grade i was lifting weights getting ready for my freshman year in high school for football, and i showed up and their was black kids who hadnt lifted yet who looked way more ripped than me, but when it came to the actual weight lifting, these kids had nothing on me. i was outlifting them in everything by a lot. (well at least the ones, including whites and hispanics, who hadn't prepared) so its a wierd thing here. blacks generally seem to develope muscles younger but i dont think that makes them any stronger.
[QUOTE="Dante2710"]cant say that im concerned.....im naturally skinny.....fast metabolism ftwDarth-CaedusSame here:P
i thought i had a fast matabolism too cause i tried so hard to gain weight throughout high school for football, but i've always been pretty slim- im 6'1" and between 180-190lbs.
the most i ever weighed was 205
and i was lifting like crazy and eating tons of protein. but it vanished immediately after i stopped cramming that stuff.
and i dont poop a lot so i dont know where all that food is going.
