Americananians, which is the best Brit TV show?

Small list of 5 great british tv shows. I decided not to include skins, misfits, merlin, etc and put Horizon in the poll instead because it's one of the best things about British telly. We make awesome documentaries.

The poll options can also be interpreted as a list of programmes to watch.

I'm British....Voted anyway for Too Human. The lack of IT crowd on the list is dissapointing tho.

As a Brit, all I'll say is that the only ones that deserve to be up there are Peep Show and maybe Horizon.

Anyone who isn't British will not understand The Mighty Boosh; I love it though and have the box set, easily the best.

Second is Only Fools And Horses.

The only reason most non British don't like our comedy is because they hardly understand it.

I love Top Gear.

Peep Show is by far the lolziest comedy, next to The Inbetweeners (which despite being a 'teen comedy' is pretty damn hilarious).

Doctor Who... well, it's entertaining, but also extremely silly and tbh the canon bores me. The best thing about the show is the Doctor himself.

Horizon has a habit of taking extremely interesting questions/ideas and turning them into boring shows. The BBC has always done nature documentaries far better.

As for drama, meh. America is where the good drama shows are at (and I'm British).
