[QUOTE="xaos"][QUOTE="LikeHaterade"] The NAU is not a conspiracy theory.LikeHaterade

It is

It is not.

There are other conspiracy thories based off the NAU, but the NAU concept isn't.

You noticed "theoretical" right there in the first sentence right? And the comments that much of that article is speculative?

It is theoretical but not a conspiracy. It's a recognized concept by many prominent members of the government and members of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Look at the state of the economy of this country it was not don't by mistakes. This country sent a man to the moon, but it looks like the economy "something man made" is more scientific.

That;s like saying that there is a big government plan to lower taxes; it's a notion championed by some people but there are all kinds of crazy notions championed by people. Having it as an idea supported by a few folks is a long way from it being done or even underway. Wacky claims like "secret printing of new money" and discredited claims like the alleged secret contents of the 2005 Waco, TX meeting do nothing to make the claims of NAU alarmists more credible. Add to that, the more powerful economies (USA and Canada) stand to gain absolutely nothing by binding themselves to the Mexican economy, and I can't see why anyone thinks this is anything more than a paranoid flight of fancy.

Pictures of the new currency that will supposedly replace the US dollar have appeared on the Russian Internet. Ultimate-Playa

Needless to say that the US authorities reject the rumors and promise to keep the dollar afloat.Ultimate_Playa

Well, I'm glad we can trust the Russian Internet over the American Treasury in matters regarding American currency.

The inflation would kill the economies of all countries worse than it already its. Imagine some Honduran factory worker making T-shirts for $2 a day now has to be payed the same amount in wages as their American counterpart. You can't tell me there wouldn't be riots down in Latin America if we all used the same currency, but the wages were still as disproportionate as they currently are.

There are a lot of wacky things that few people have said but didn't have the magnitude of curiosity or publicity that the NAU had. I don't see any gain either, although I'm not seeing any gain in our border protection either, and look at it now. Just goes to show the American government would do something that wouldn't benefit whatsoever.

Well, I've made all the arguments I have and to me have yet to see any remotely compelling evidence that an NAU is underway, so I guess we'll just have to leave it at agreeing to disagree.

I think you misunderstood. I was just arguing that it isn't a conspiracy theory. The concept of it is real and prominent members of government and some in the Council on Foreign Relations actually agree with it.

EDIT: As far as it actually being underway...I'm skeptical as well.

Guys the prophecy is going to happen, i know its hard to believe, but its been said in the book of apocalypsis that the nations will try to unite and that great sorrow will come to humans. I really dont know it in english ( my bible is in spanish) but it says there very clear that the nations will be come one, and that they will try to get rid of those who believe in god. I m not saying religion, but people who believe in god in the right WAY. I know this doesnt make sence why would i say here on an internet forum right? or like why would even talk about god in a party where everyone is getting drunk and laid? well there is people who really want to change for the better, people who think god is worth it . Plz dont judge me just listen to what i say. RELIGION WILL NOT SAVE YOU, NOR MONEY. There is a book called the bible, read it !!
