I've been playing guitar for a year and a half. I'm starting to get down all the theory and such now. I can also play the keyboards, I've been playing for about 5 years.
I've been singing essentially all my life, with major instruction starting when I was 10 or so. I'm 16 now, made it to the district level of my state's singing competition, and I'm auditioning for the lead in the musical. I would have made it to state level, but the audition piece turned out to be the exact song my (and everyone else's) director said they WOULDN'T pick, so we didn't focus on it. The picked it, the directors (and us) panicked, and I totally bombed the song...I'll go for it next year haha.
I'm planning on taking guitar I and II at school next year and I can play one song as of now...I can read tabs, that's about it.
Yes. I've been playing the flute, piccolo, and tin whistle for nearly 7 years. I've also been playing the piano and guitar for about 3 or 4 years now. I used to be able to play the viola and violin. I played those two for about 2 1/2 years a few years ago. I hope to learn more instruments in the future...especially the trumpet. :)
