Any musicians here?

Im wondering, exactly how many of the musical experts on GS play instruments. I played the sax a couple years back myself, but then I quit so I could learn the Bass. I just now started to finally learn the Bass, but its pretty cool so far.

So, anyone else here play an ainstrument? If so, what kind?, how good are you? why did you start?

I play bass, because it owns all instruments, and I started a little over a year ago. I quit my band to play in the school concert band to learn to read and get a lot of extra playing. Do you read music or tabs?DisturbedChild7

I agree though, Bass does own. When I bought one, I didnt even know what it was. Me and my friend were gonna start a band or something and he was gonna be lead guitar, so hes like "you should be bass" and im just like, whatever. I actually like it alot more than normal guitar though. Particularly because its so prominent in Nu Metal....
