Does anyone here eat things like heavy foods for breakfast, like chicken, meat, fish, pasta, rice, pretty much what you would eat for lunch?
Just wondering since I never tried it thinking it was bad...

I might start tomorrow since I have to eat lunch at 4:30 when I get home from school and I don't have energy at school, plus cereal doesn't do the job. Judging by my school's food, it'll be healthier to eat at McDonalds :P
