Every morning when I wake up I always have a bit of headache and my sinuses sting and ache, my chest is sore also, but I think that's from my crappy mattress. Anyone else deal with this sort of thing every time you wake?XDeSuEhTX

 

You might have sleep apnea. I suggest getting a sleep study done.

 

On an unrelated note, I woke up this morning, went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth, and promptly threw up. Not a good start to the day.

everyday i wake up im still tired and im slouching and pretty much dragging myself around the house. i look in the mirror and i look like a zombie..

Couple of hours? Why, studies has shown that even just 1 night with less than 8 hours of sleep cause irreversible brain "damage", although on a very small scale ofc
