Just wondering if anyone on OT has any tips on how to reduce jet lag?
In a couple of months I'm flying from Sydney to Los Angeles direct, leaving at 10:00am and arriving at Los Angeles at 6:45am the same day (it's a 14 hour flight). I then have another flight departing Los Angeles at 3:45pm and arriving at Toronto at 11:18pm (another 4 hour, 30 minute flight). It's a total of 18 and a half hours of flights.
Also, on the way home I'm leaving Rome at 5:20pm and arriving at London at 7:00pm (flight duration of 2 hours, 40 minutes), then leaving London at 9:30pm and arriving at Singapore at 5:30pm (Saturday), and again leaving Singapore at 7:55pm and arriving at Syndey at 5:05am (Sunday). It's a total of 25 hours and 10 minutes in the air.
So OT, it would be great if you know anything that might be of use. I've done google searches but I value your input
