Anyone who hated 300?

the persian were enforcing there will on people. They conquered towns and made the people worship there beliefs, which is wrong.They burned cities that wouldnt submit to there will. Yes the greeks were fighting for there govenrmental freedom which the persians were trying to take away. This proves that the persians were in the wrong, no one should ever be forced to beleive something they dont. So the greeks stood and fought for there freedom.

because it takes away our human law to live free. We arent put or earth to be controlled.Everyone has a right to be free. If your jewish, is it right for a naz i to capture you and imprison you?no. The countries that did it all had opposition. And i would vote for the opposition. Rome did it yes but there was revolts...Brits did it like in India, there were revolts. We did it to slaves and there was a war. Yes everyone has done it, but it doesnt make it right. Ask anyone and if forceing people to submit to your will is wrong and the majority will agree.

im hopeing your joking, either that or your very uneducated and iggnorant. The right to be self governed is there choice, there freedom allows them to have the government they want. Put it this way, your in your home with all your loved ones, and men come into your house, order you to do there will, they burn your house, your computer, game. They do this to everyone in the town. Killing, raping. A nearby town is resisitng, they force you to fight, its either fight your neighbors, fellow men, or die. Your telling me if this happened you agree with these men, do what they wish,and  not care if your parents were killed. Your telling me its perfectly fine for these men to enforce there will on you? Its perfectly fine for them to strip you of your rights to live free, without haveing to be controlled or forced to kill? If you agree then your as bad as them.

First I have to put it out there, this movie was one of the greatest films that I have seen in quite some time. I think its greatest feature was how all of the backgrounds were completely CG and that just puts its up there because it looks even better than when a film is made in actual places.

For those of you who thought this was a bad movie because it wasn't a good representation of the true spartan war, let me stop you right there. This movie was in no way meant to replicate the Spartan war, it was made to replicate the comic "300" That is why some of the events that occurred are considered "unrealistic."

And as far as saying that this movie was a bash to the Middle eastern people, it was not. The creator of the comic 300 did not make the comic with the idea in mind to hid a hidden meaning in which it says that middle eastern people are the evil in this situation, there is no way because he did not write it in the past few years.

I hate it when people quickly judge a movie that is truly amazing because of judgements their friends made, or they made without knowing what the truth was. Before you go bashing movies, please read up on the topic.

If you had common sense, you wouldn't have seen this movie. "Based on the Graphic Novel" was posted everywhere. So any historical inaccuracies are just lame excuses.

Have to disagree.  I'm majoring in European history and I love history.  And I believe this movie was kick ass.

Yes it would suck. I would definitely care - but I cannot provide evidence that their actions are wrong. Right and wrong are subjective concepts. Some people have different ideas of what is right and wrong, and this is why we have conflict - one group of people forces another to submit to their will.
