I heard they could only identify him because of his tattoos, he was very burned and destroyed most likely. A really sad incedent, the saddest part is that he was probably speeding and could have prevented this.

You do stupid things that you normally wouldn't do. Also did any of you even read the article before jumping to conclusions? It says that they don't know which of them was driving the car, so why jump to the conclusion that it was him, when it could just as easily have been the other guy?

yes ive been drunk and ive been high, i have never once thought about driving a car well in either state because i know its stupid

My feeling exactly You can feel sorry that he was stupid and subsequently died.Not when he killed another person I can't. I do feel sorry for his friends and family. I liked him and all, but him dieing from drinking and driving and killing somebody makes it hard for me to feel sorry for him. I have no love for people who drink and drive. This even includes my father who does it. If he was to die from drinking and driving it would make it hard for me to grieve over him.

I don't think he deserved it or anything but when you drive recklessly while under the influence, you're kind of asking for trouble. But then he made a living off doing stupid things so maybe he was just that kind of guy. I don't know. It's sad when people's lives are cut short over something so stupid.

Saying he deserves to die though is extremely harsh and distasteful. Of course this is the internet though. People have a habit of saying what they'd never say to someone in person.
Life's too short. Gotta enjoy it, and take advantage of every second you're here. It took this and the death of my 19 year old cousin last week to realize this. RIP

However, the statue did not crush, but instead forced the golf cart into the air and it landed upside down. now i admit i hate people who drink and drive with a passion and have no sympathy for them at all even in death, i feel for their family and friends and still hate that they had to die especially when their lesson of not drinking and driving will still go unheeded by the tons of other idiots out there that will keep driving while drunk with all that said i would never pickett/protest/boycott/impede/interfere with a service/funeral/wake/rememberance of someone who died in such a way he may of been stupid and caused his own death but he's still loved and they have the right to mourn him
