Yes, then you can kill them for points! :PWhy not have both? Prostitute video game character's, it's the best of both worlds.

I can say that at least in 2005, the booth babes were dressed nicely or as video game characters:
Prince of Persia Booth Babes:
Sorry for the bad quality of the picture, but I think the distance was a bit far for the flash to help properly. It's been 6 years since I took it.

I HATE the ones ontop. why cant they just dress up like hot video game girls?? why???? if I wanted to see chicks who look like they're going to the damn beach, ID GO TO THE DAMN BEACH.
You'd have to go somewhere before the beach, because if you went to the beach you'd only see girls who were already at the beach, not ones who were going to the beach.I HATE the ones ontop. why cant they just dress up like hot video game girls?? why???? if I wanted to see chicks who look like they're going to the damn beach, ID GO TO THE DAMN BEACH.

nah they're wearing those cover ups and they got bikini's underneath, can't you see? they're clearly going to the beach.. cause thats what ladies wear when they're going to the beach. And that statement only serves to perpetuate the notion that video games are immature and that no adults should play them. Which is blatantly false.I'd say they're necessary for the target video game demographic.

I personally think that they are unnecessary and are far too distracting.
that's the kinda boothbabe i expect to see. not those sloppy tramps with normal clothes on. jesus.
I'd say they're necessary for the target video game demographic.

Sex sells, this proves it. The whole point is to sell the game. So we have: Sex+Game=Sells
And I'd like to add, this chick is very much sexy. If I saw her in person, I would definitely ask her about the game she represents (among other things ;) ). Hence the point of game booth babes.

Unless there is a beach at a lake near Leipzig, those ladies are not headed to the beach. I tend to think of the beach the strip of sand at the ocean/sea. I think those outfits are quite cute, but then what do I know, I am a guy who likes the female form.

Meh, models are used to sell just about anything these days. :? I know that. I simply believe that there are better ways to market video games.wait wait are people actually complaining about looking at hot chicks? wow people will complain about anything these days, they will obviously not sell a game (and whoever buys a game because there were hot chicks there is dumb) but is always nice to have some eye candy

Given the responses in this thread, it doesn't seem to be false. :P

I see no problem there. They are representing Ubisoft based off shirt and skirt, but I do agree that it would be nice if they represent their company by dressing up in a cosplay outfit of one Ubisofts female characters. They just look like plain Janes to me....Absolutely no purpose just as unnecessary as women + cars. I'd be content if it were just the games 'n such... doesn't mean I don't look... but they're useless!Inconsistancy
Some would argue about babes and cars.
Taken at Games Convention 2005. I have a couple of others that might be illegal or rather to risqué to be posted here.
We need more hot MEN in skimpy outfits. I'm tired of only seeing boobs, as a gay citizen I demand more delicious male flesh... and I'm not talking about the sweaty, fatty, nerd audience that attends those shows.

Boobs>>>>>>>>no boobs
