Are Japanese Chicks Really that Sweet?

I ve been watching animes for quiet some time now, and in almost every anime they show Japanese girls ( school chicks) to be really nice and sweet towards the male character.

Is that really true? I m sure not every single one of them are liKe that but maybe a high percentage is?

Well I know one person online who has a asian gf, sweet looking, overall sweet, but that does not mean they cant have these really angry momments. I wouldnt say they are all like that, it depends how their life has treated them. I would say you can probably sort of "train" them to be that way by reinforcing that behavior, and through a good deal of effort.

Actually these days they're mostly average/below average at everything nice guys so their audience can relate to them. I mean who wants to watch some attractive guy get girls? Everyone wants to see someone worse or the same as them get good looking chicks too.

I hang out with a lot of the Japanese people on my campus and well....Some are sweet, some are not. Just like any other people group.

Japan (as well as Korea) place an emphasis on girls being cute, much like how Western countries place an emphasis on girls being sexy. Hence why in anime you see the girls acting so cutesy. Keep in mind though that anime characters are often two dimensional exaggerations of personalities, ideals, or extremely unrealistic in some other way. Japanese culture (hell, even the language) is all about appearances; things are often different from how they look to an outsider. Anime, for example, is about as accurate of a depiction of Japanese life as Leave it to Beaver was of American life back in the 50s. Which is to say that it's a fantasy world based on how that society wants to be, not how it is. To make a simple point about how different Japanese school life is from what you see in anime for example, remember that Japan has some of the worst bullying in the world and, not coincidentally, also has the highest suicide rate among children and teens in the world.gameguy6700

The Japanese women I met during my visits to Japan were very sweet and respectful. Of course, it's not like I was trying to get laid or anything. I'm referring to the average japanese women in public that I struck a conversation with. Half the time I had no idea what they were saying. But, they were always smiling which was a little unnerving.

one of my friends married a girl from Japan(he worked there as a teacher)... He has no problem with her other than the fact she's clingy. Meaning she doesn't really like him going out without her. So other than that they're cool, from what he's told me.

What I can tell you from american Asian women(NYC asians, mind you) from my experience are they are just as wild/freaky as any other girl. It's not much that they're shy but they usually aren't individuals and seek council from their close friends for dating advice. So be warned that you'll have to please not only her but her best friends/family down the line.

There are "sweet" girls all over the place. Now come back to reality.Human-after-all

Maybe those raised in japan, but those raised here in the UK are just like any other girl, some are nice and some are not.
