Biologically, two species are of different species if both cannot either 1) reproduce or 2) reproduce and create fertile offspring.
Different human races are not different species, as members of any race can reproduce with one another and create fertile offspring.
[QUOTE="Vandalvideo"]Nope, but then again race and species are social constructs.Skylock00Race? Maybe, but Species is most definitely a scientific/biological construct, to the best of my knowledge. Race can be used synonymously with species in biology. Humans are all the same species, the term "race" is used improperly.
Yeah, sorry TC, but your level of education on this subject made me fail with you.zombiefruitHe was askign an honest question that he was unknowledgeable about. That doesn't mean that he should be ridiculed because of it. At least he is willing to learn, that is why he asked.

The meaning of the word is even debated amongst professionals. He was askign an honest question that he was unknowledgeable about. That doesn't mean that he should be ridiculed because of it. Wikipedia is not always the best source. The question was answered in yahoo on the second link when I googled his question. If you post a stupid topic, without doing research, and then back up your stupid question with stupid comments then I will ridicule the person as much as I want. You dont accidentally post on gamespot. zombiefruitWhere did I say he accidentally posted on Gamespot?
Where did I say he accidentally posted on Gamespot? You didnt, but I was not quoting you. If was saying that you know what you are getting into when you post onto a public forum. You set yourself up for criticism.[QUOTE="zombiefruit"]Wikipedia is not always the best source. The question was answered in yahoo on the second link when I googled his question. You set yourself up for criticism. Perhaps he copuld have chosen a better forum other than a gaming forum to post in. I agree completely. But that still doesn't mean somone can't helo out and offer advice. On the other hand when soemone posts concerning the apocolypse and the coming of the planet Nibiru in 2012 and the Freemasons and Tares and the Illuminati I feel that the posts were made to be laughed at. As happened earlier today with everyone havign fun with conspiracy threads. It was hillarious.[QUOTE="zombiefruit"]Wikipedia is not always the best source.
