I was a freshmen last year, and a freshmen girl had a baby towards the end of the year. This year, I've seen one girl that is definitely pregnant... And then there's another girl who is like a junior who all ready has a 3 or 4 year old, and the funny thing is, my friend almost went out with her, but he got rejected because she was seeing a 20 year old or something  Sorry I got a bit off topic there :PSoNin360Thats just wrong in so many ways. All of it.

IDK why the hell a 16 year old girl has a baby with a 20 something year old, but I've seen it
Yes. My oponion of them? Their awesome people. I mean they know their going to get insulted, they know it will be difficult, and they know dropping out would be easier. Yet they still come. Their very nice people too overall. Their was a fight about to happen and then this pregnant girl came and broke it up. No ones going to argue with her about it.
Most of the girls at my school were actually supportive of this pregnant chick, then of course there's all the guys that call her a whore and everything, but not to her face.Yes. My oponion of them? I've seen parents sue and win over this all the time. A student who is a danger to other students (i.e. assault, selling drugs, etc) yeah there's grounds for expulsion because they are a safety liability to other students. Pregnancy doesn't fit under this umbrella. There's nothing to sue about here though because the district places you in a program. You're still in school. Oh God...I feel bad for the teacher who has to deal with a room full of pregnant girls. Thats hell. Anyways, I lol at the fact that pregnant girls are sent away like they're infected.[QUOTE="UT_Wrestler"][QUOTE="Pirate700"]You ARE entitled to an education, until you screw up. It's a punishment. It's no different than anything else that get's you expelled from school. A pregnant girl is also a horrible role model for the kids, will get ridiculed to high heaven and is a serious health liability to the school.

No because then they would have to deal with the responsibility of the baby. :P[QUOTE="th3warr1or"][QUOTE="SoNin360"] Most of the girls at my school were actually supportive of this pregnant chick, then of course there's all the guys that call her a whore and everything, but not to her face.-Big_Red-

No because then they would have to deal with the responsibility of the baby. :PThat reminds me. everyone one who has my com arts teacher had to do an anonmous essay. I remember this one girl said she was a freshman and wished she was pregnant. I was thinking "What the ****?" when i heard the teacher read it outloud.I've seen parents sue and win over this all the time. [QUOTE="Pirate700"]Nope. Public school system here in san diego. You were allowed to stay for a while but I think they may "place" you in another program...not in the school though. Either way you were gone. That would be in direct violation of FAPE (free and appropriate public education) which entitles every child under 18 the right to attend public school.[QUOTE="UT_Wrestler"] I'm guessing you're at a private school? That would violate federal education laws at a public school.UT_Wrestler
Sounds about right though I'm sure the school board finds a loop whole of some sort.
