i think in reality namor is the first mutant created, but chronologically Apocalypse is older, making Namor the original by virtue of being thought of first.
Belasco is a demon-human hybrid who kidnapped Colossus' little sister and made her his apprentice in Limbo. Count Nefaria was a human responsible for the death of one of the "new" X-Men (the team where Storm, Wolverine, etc were introduced). There was also the Adversary, a cosmic destructo force, D'Ken of the Shi'ar Empire, the Brood (an Aliens-ripoff species) and the Phalanx (another icky alien species). That's off the top of my head.

i think in reality namor is the first mutant created, but chronologically Apocalypse is older, making Namor the original by virtue of being thought of first. Is Namor a mutant? I know that he's a half-breed (Atlantean/human) but, outside of Ultimate continuity, I didn't think he was a mutant.

Yah, he's supposed to be Marvel's first mutant, they claimed it on the covers of his solo series back in the 90's. Of course, that was probably also to help boost sales of the title, since the X-Men were so popular. He does have abilities that neither humans or Atlanteans have, so he qualifies as a mutant.Â
