i do believe they are unisex id like to buy them but im not sure. i like tight fitting clothes, ill get a baggy pair of tripp pants later.

I knew people that wore that kind of clothing. They were in guys clothes, though. There are men's clothing that are tight around that area. Nuthuggers or something.BranKetra

The problem with girls pants is they don't account for the male front bottom. Trust me it's a bit of a squeeze down there. Still, if you tapped it up using the ladyboy method I'm sure you could find a degree of comfort. Just don't ride a bike whilst wearing them.

Well, according to HT, no. Unless guys have sizes 0, 1, 2, 3.... etc. So even if you bought those pants you have to be HELLA SKINNY to wear them. :PMistressMinako
