I'm homeschooled (on the computer) and pretty much do everything by myself. I just started last year, and I would say the past year and half has been the best time of my life because of it. I'm doing much better and learning much more than I did in public school, where I pretty much just got in trouble all the time. I can start back whenever I want in the next month, and i'm ready for it whenever.
i start september 3rd or something i believe. Anyway i couldnt care less, summer is boring, school i at leats get to see al my firneds so fine bring it on, although i know i'll regret saying that.
I'm ready, like I don't care whether or not school starts, but I still enjoy having all day to practice drums and hang with friends until 12 every night.
I am somewhat looking foward to the school year. New classes, New teachers, Seeing friends..It will be good. Im so glad im a senior though. I cant wait to go to college:Phonkyjoe

I've started school, starts on August 6th here...and today is the 12th.I am in Alabama. 10th grade is pretty rough, the math teachers give you way more work EVERY day and have it due a different day each, it is very confusing and hard.

I disagree, I think it would be awesome.
Staying at home all day? Right now I want to go to school, although that usually wears off after a couple of weeks... I don't know it's kinda fun being there..
I actually am looking forward to it this year. I'm finally moving off campus so I won't have to deal with all the BS associated with university housing, and I'm taking a few interesting courses this semester.
...THAT I DONT HAVE TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AFTER SUMMER!
wooopeeeee! for some reason I am more excited about that fact more than actually graduating college. Really makes me reconsider whether I still want to go and get my masters or other education.
I guess so. Last year I started school at 7:55 AM and ended at 3:30 PM. Now, I start at 8:15 AM and end at 1:20 PM. Im a senior so I took only 5 classes. But school starts 20 min later and ends 15 min earlier this year.
I'll be a senior next week and I have to admit it's pretty exciting! :Defrucht
high school? ya, senior year was pretty nice. The last month or two are soooo easy and there is so much going on because every girl (and some guys) goes into the "oh my god I am going to school and will never see you again"-mode and throws parties and stuff. Me, well, I mostly just drove around with my friends and smoked pot in church parking lots. But ya, senior year was awesome...not because it was close to the end, but because it was fairly easy and stress-free.
