Are you a confident person?

I'm very insecure. So much so that I rarely leave my house or spend time with anyone. I don't try to get with girls, in fact I avoid them due to fear of rejection. I don't think I'm a bad looking person, but I feel so uncomfortable when outside, as if everyone is staring at me. When I go into a public area it's asif I don't belong. When someone starts taking pictures I immediately walk away. It's strange and I can't explain why I'm like this.

Does anyone else here suffer from a severe lack of confidence or is OT full of cool cats?

I'm kind of like that. I'm very unconfident and get nervous over silly things by over-thinking about something, and also feel like people are looking at me when out and about so always dress carefully to fit in.

I'm pretty confident in general. I feel I can pretty much do anything I set my mind to.

Despite not being very strong and muscular, I think I'm quite confident. If someone pisses me off or treats me badly then I'll just avoid this person in the future.

I just don't like people very much and how they treat me (and each other) so I just ignore people like they ignore me. So I also barely leave the house or interact with other people.

Yeah, I'm pretty confident. If people don't like something about me it doesn't bother me. Different strokes and whatever.

I'm not a fighter and I tend to avoid getting into fights. I'm not very strong, muscular and resilient physically so this is why I would rather not get into a fight with men who are more much powerful than me physically.

Get off your ass. Men are built for physical labor, and short of that, you can work out.

Seriously, your body WANTS physical exertion. It's why we men are built as we are; deny yourself a solid build and you're denying yourself an element of masculinity.

I'm not saying you have to look like a weight-lifter, you can be in great shape just by consistently doing labor outside around the house.

If you can't go all day with your shoulders squared and your head up (i.e. not slouching) then there's the problem.

It depends on the situation. I am not outgoing, but I am not really socially awkward either. I have SPD, so my desire to socialize is rather limited.

I prefer a punch between the eyes to make them water, followed a by an open-hand strike to the diaphragm (in and up). Then you get to toy with them all you want.

Very much so. Even after loosing so much weight, and random people telling me that I look like a model... I'm still highly insecure. I guess 20+ years of thinking badly of yourself can do that. I actually like how I look, but for some reason I like confidence.
