I try my very best not to be. I'm about the same as I was as a teenager. My parents taught me to treat everyone I meet in life the same. I completly ignore race when I read a news story, it makes no difference to me.
No I'm not racist. I have friends of a lot of different ethnic backgrounds......I don't like it when people generalize a whole race just for something a single person of that race did. Even my boyfriend is black and I'm Asian, OMG
We are all one race; the human race. I think that there are different breeds of humans , like breeds of dog, not different races of humans. So to answer your question no I am not breedist.
Towards Indians, sort of, since in my city everybody has had bad experiences with them, and all they do is cause crime here. So whenever I'm near an Indian I'm very cautious and stay away from them.
I can't say I don't notice race, and I can't say I don't take it into account when thinking about a person. But I can say I don't automaticalliy have negative thoughts of a person based on race.
I dont understand Racisim, considering all the other crap going on in the world....
Anyway I'm black and Irish, I'm not raciz at all, basically because race doesn't make the person. It all depends on your enviorment. Thats what makes us all different and the same.
I get along with everyone because I dont judge people by how I see their Race on T.V and Inflicting that on a person of the same race in real life .

Hate to admit it but yes. I dunno, as I get older and come in contact with more and more people of different races I can't help but notice certain stereotypes hold a lot of truth.
I think I've come full circle. I've certainly become more aware of how racism affects people, but I've learned not to attribute a person's faults to the colour of their skin or any other superficiality (that goes for all people) and gained a sort of more tolerant attitude towards people in general.
I feel if you can't transcend that prevalent "white = oppressor, black = victim" mentality (or any other racial perspective) you're bound to descend into racist thought patterns yourself.
I don't even make "jokes" anymore, I just don't feel compelled to at all.
I like and get along with all groups of races, religions, and people except one certain group. And me being a muslim from Lebanon but moved to america you can just guess what group I REALLY DONT LIKE.;)
