i think im well below average looking when it comes to facial appearance. but im pretty athletic looking and well cuz i am. but i am not satisfied with the way i look.

ALOTof it is eating correctly, lots of cardiovascular and weight training

if you do weights i recommend eating a fair amount of proteins and to have shakes after you do weights only started having them though, and with 6 pack fair amount of sit ups obviously but you have to stay silm for your 6 pack to appear because otherwise it will stay hidden under the layer of fat.
