Not really the "main" sports (soccer, baseball, etc.). But I love rock climbing and snowboarding so I guess.

I don't play much sports. I used to love basketball when I was younger but not so much anymore. Maybe because I realized I sucked. :(

But anyways I try to run at least 4-times a week and try to increase it every week. I also do more weight lifting with other exercise that focus on making the stomach more tighter. I've been doing that contently for almost 2 years now and I feel great. Lost a couple of inches of the stomach and got rid of all acne from excising. It really helps for some people and now I have clear and smooth face. I wouldn't say I'm athletic but I'm working to get healthier.

skateboarding is not a sport.

doubleajunkie

Because you know how to skate right? do you know it takes years to get skills and probably months to get each trick?and it belongs on the categorie of extreme sports..next time inform yourself before talking about something that u don't know jack about it.

[QUOTE="WushuFighter"]Very athletic. I didn't get a 38 vertical jump by just sitting around all day ;)-Austin-

Any tips on increasing my vertical?

Strength training and plyometrics. Although most of my vertical was trained in wushu.

This book is probably one of the best if you want a good vertical: http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/verticaljump.html?hop=vertindex
