If going by the old ToU, then yes. I know every rule for that. In fact i knew them so well, that I would get PM's from users asking me if it was okay to post a topic or message without getting moderated. Not that it's my job to answer those. But I'm willing to help in anyway I can, if that means keeping users out of trouble, I'll do it. Check the OTcars awards, I've been in the past 3 or 4 (I think) "user who should be mod" categories.

Speaking of which.....Is it okay to discuss stuff like Amiga Forever? It's main purpose is the preservation of an extinct digital culture which unfortunately, delves into emulation. I realize that emulation is a no-no here. But, perhaps Amiga Forever may be granted an exception.

Not since the terms of use update, no. To my understanding, I can say whatever I want but only sometimes. I'll get around to checking it out myself eventually.
No I've never read the terms of use. I've gotten modded once on the message boards in however long I've been here - several years. Kind of funny, as it was for just mentioning drugs. and the next day I saw people having a big conversation about drugs. Meh...whatever.

well I'd assume not caring about them counts regarding the question, but when it comes to the ToU I've learned "assuming" always leads to surprising results anyway seriously, I don't think ANYONE is aware of each and every rule, mostly because stuff can still be made up at the drop of a hat
