Not at all. A lot of people here sell other types of food in addition to ice cream in those same trucks. Takis with cheese, gorditas, Mexican candy, horchata, etc.

Talked to a guy who is 80 got his daily serving of Soft serve ice cream when I wanted some dots.

I did say 16 and over~ could be in the 20's 30's etc, etc. But yeah if a guy gets a girl pregnant at 16, no ice cream for him~ Though it is partially the girl's fault as well.
