I've kind of given up on my instructor, since he doesn't seem to know too much about long distance running. Rather stupidly, I haven't been to the doctor about the injury yet, figuring it will just pass in a couple of weeks like it always has in the past. I guess I was pretty silly trying to run through it in the first place, and it's my own fault for just piling on the miles with very little rest. The 10K's supposed to be in 6 weeks, and I'm really looking forward to it, but the marathon's starting to look a little daunting.jimmyjammer69
Man. My advice be try and rest that knee for a while an carry on the training for the last 4 weeks. 10k? An you have a limit of 25k, right? I think you'll do fine if your knee keeps up. ;)
Goodluck, man.:D

Sex also counts as exercise so lets throw that in there. Sajedenewhat sex counts..... dam I need more exercise....

I'm physically fit. Seven years ago I mean. Now, I'm working on getting a head start on the middle-age thing. Not fat or anything, but the days of eating as much as I can and not gaining a pound has left the building. I enjoy my steaks and other good eating and drinks so unless I work out (and yes sex counts as a workout but requires a partner. Solo does not count) religiously after such meals then I get all stocky.

In my experience you almost have to take something to gain size and stay cut. Protein powder (how I gained my weight) seems to just make you a mass of muscle. Maybe your body-type will be conducive to big cut muscles without supplements. If that is the case, then you have my admiration sir lol.
I like to think so. I have a lean, muscular build and I'm pretty strong for my weight. I'm currently at 5'7 andaround 160 lbs. My cardio fitness isn't quite up to par, I'm definetly not a horrible slouch but a 20 minute run will leave me lagging behind. I'm currently trying to widdle my way down to around 150 lbs againin the next two monthsand then clean bulk once more through the summer
Im in very good shape. I workout everyday. I jog six miles, speed bag and punching bag use mon, wed, fri and do strenght training tue, thurs and I rest on the weekends to let my body recover. I eat healthy and what not. My instake is mostly protein. I have a built body, nice arms, and very muscular legs.
