Probably the most idiotic thing i've seen.
For the record, i'm not proud of myself in any way, least of all the involuntary colour of my skin.
What kind of pride is there to derive from the color of your skin? Am I proud of having blue eyes? Pride is seeing the good in its decisions, right? The value...
If you can tell me what good the color of my eyes did, then maybe.
I am with George Carlin on this one. Pride should be reserved for a accomplishment or skill, not a genetic accident or coincidence. You should just be accepting, unashamed, or happy.
White pride !!!! F*** yeahhhh !!! ...
nah, i'm just kidding, I'm not ... it's not like I had to choose my skin color and the country to be born in ...
Things turned out the way they did and I'm happy with who I am
Now that is something I am jealous of. I do not get tanned easily and so whenever there are pictures of me outside, people tell me "You look very white, you need to spend more time outside!". And it just annoys me to no end.I like how I tan easily?

On topic, can't say I am proud to be white, but I am proud of my Belorussian/Russian roots :)
To the extent that I'm happy with my mixture, being 75% Mexican and 25% Irish has its positives. As far as skin color and overall features, I wouldn't want to be black or Asian... But that's moot, at the end of the day I'm just my brain.
I'm not the type to put a "White/black/brown/yellow - pride" sticker on my car, if that's what you're asking.
Honestly, I feel pretty impassive when it comes to racial pride. I would feel the same way if I were any other race. It doesn't really matter as we are all people
Patriotism/Race is just another means to divide the human race. Im going to be studying a B.S in Biochem next year, and what current Biochemists/Scientists have found out, that there are no differentiations in humans other than purely cosmetics aspects like our skin color, face etc...but ofcourse thats obvious if your not religous/racist.
Also how does one have "pride" in something they have no control over?
If you give someone 1 million, or the answers to the test, and ace that test, can they be "proud" since they haven't exactly "earned" it.
