I have never tried marijuana, poisonous blowfish, or erotic asphyxiation. I can say with definite certainty that not only do I not require them for basic functions, but I do not require them for any other aspect of my life, be it happiness or otherwise.

I see the point just fine. You do not. Sex isn't a movie that you have to experience to review. If you view sex as a requirement, as something that you "need," you have a problem.
