Yeah, my parents can be pretty racist. I make racist jokes at times, but I'm never really serious. My mom has some irrational fear of me marrying a black woman and my dad just proves racist stereotypes are true.
My parents will sometimes use stereotypes but they're pretty understanding. My uncle uses a lot of racist words but I can tell he doesn't really mean them.
They always generalise black people into the same catogory, which i dislike alot. I think its from all the maori gangs running around at the moment. Still its wrong.

Nope but when i say we should just say "Screw the africans, we should fix up our country before we start giving a **** about others" or other things that involve nuvlear weapons and the destructions of certain countries she laugh and say I'm cruel as hell.
Depends on one's definition of 'racist'. My mom and dad (brown and white respectively) crack jokes about certain races all the time, but they don't feel any sincere hatred towards any particular race.
I suppose my parents are, and that must account for my own racist tendencies. I don't think there's anything wrong with what they say or what I think either. If we didn't live in such a touchy society, I wouldn't even consider us to be racist anyway.
That is one failing that my parents luckily do not suffer from. No doubt this is due to the heavy racial melting-pot nature of our family line and that of our relatives.
My mom said she doesnt find a black man physically appealing - except Seal.

This, except the part about Seal:P. My mom also says stuff about if I were to marry an Asian person that they'd be speaking their language and it would be annoying..:roll: Sometimes I'm not sure if she's serious or not.
