As I posted in another thread, how can they possibly enforce this? The Internet is available worldwide. What gives Arizona to charge someone in China with "trolling" when Arizona law does not apply there? What about people in the United States? If the people are currently not in Arizona when they post something, and the location where the person is does not have any outstand laws regarding the issue, how can they charge them? How would they detain said person? I in no way condone cyber bullying, I despise it, but the wording of that bill is so vauge it clearly violates free speech. "Annoy or offend", well I've offended numerous people and annoyed numerous people by suggesting that perhaps the use of race-based mascots is a racist and inappropriate practice for public schools. Does that mean I would be liable under this law? The bill also mentions the use of lewd language, but here again that is clearly unconstitutional. If I want to say "**** you George Lucas, you ruined Star Wars!" would I be liable under the law? The wording is to vague and broad. This bill will never pass, and if it does it will be shot down almost instantly in court.

The law is basically censorship and I have a feeling if it passes it will get tied up in court. If you read some of the language in the bill it's way too broad.
