It's called craniofacial duplication. Some believe it's related to conjoined twins.

Damn, Inida is seriously starting to get a leg up on the rest of humanity. Pretty soon they're all going to be two faced spider people with bark-like armor skin and lazer eyes (oh, you know there's going to be an Indian baby born shooting lazers from its eyes sooner or later).

Seriously though, are all four of that baby's eyes functional? If so that's freakin' awesome. Two working mouths, four working eyes, I'm assuming two working noses if everything else works...that kid is set for life. And just imagine the depth perception she's going to have.
