[QUOTE="Jandurin"][QUOTE="BiancaDK"]This is how it was done in those days, jandurin ;)BiancaDK
Can you imagine how painful? :P

Yeah! She was grossly under-acting the horrific pain which must have been inflicted, so i think it adds to the parody :P

Hmm. A point I hadn't considered.

[QUOTE="II_Seraphim_II"][QUOTE="Jandurin"] Did not like hills have eyes, though I didn't watch much before I was like... ugh. Event Horizon I enjoyed a lot.XxSTILL_BORNxX
I also enjoyed event horizon but it wasnt the best thing out there...i would give it 60%. To be honest there hasnt been a good horror movie since Nightmare on Elm Street :(

For some reason i read it as nightmare on sesame street.

lol, that would be so hardcore...probably would be banned in 38 states and 12 countries :P

so true about the party scene. They should have just cut it out so that PoS movie wouldnt have dragged on for as long as it did. And you know what else was re--errr--idiotic? The character holding the camera. Why make a movie and have one of the central characters be the most annoying and obnoxious characters of all time!? That's like having a movie starring Boxxy :xII_Seraphim_II
Right, but they knew that if people were looking at movie show times and saw something like a 40 minute run time, that was not going to fly with moviegoers at all. I think that's why they left so much irrelevant fluff in. The short time was already why I didn't go see it in theaters as it is, and having seen it now, I'm glad I didn't.

yeah I guess you have a point. People expect a movie that lasts for atleast 90min nowadays, so they can get their moneys worth. And with the financial crisis, I sure as hell wouldnt pay full price to see a 30min movie :P

The Matrix Reloaded. A lot of people say it's bad anyway...SpaceMoose
My favorite movie, nothing can top the fights in this, except maybe Mario bros Z (which isn't a movie)

And Soul Plane

There are many movies out there that we love but the critics despise. So my question to you is, out of all the movies, that you know of, that critics bashed, which is your favorite? My vote goes to Bicentennial Man with Robin Williams. Although it stands at a meager %38 at RT, I just loved this movie so much. I thought it was a touching love story and rather enjoyed it. Do I think its the best movie ever? No, but I definitely consider it to be a great movie. One of my favorite love stories to be quiet honest, because its different from the rest of the lot. Anyways, what's your choice for "Best bad movie?"II_Seraphim_II
Now that you mention it, I also liked Bicentennial Man.

Changing Lanes. I don't know anyone else who liked it, everyone else seems to have hated it.

I was all prepared to hate Bicentennial Man because the previews made it look all heart-warmish and be a forced heart string puller. However, I thought it was good and worth a viewing.

I love StarShip Troopers, which is an odd movie because I found it both faithful and unfailthful to the book. I wish they would make a version true to the book.

Another fun movie is Last Man Standing with Bruce Willis. Nice, raw action. Easy to follow. Total fun.

Then for some reason I really like Duets. Can't explain why.

[QUOTE="LoG-Sacrament"][QUOTE="KLAX42"]

I liked that one too. I didn't know it got bad reviews though. I figured everybody knew it was a semi-parody of action movies. That's what made it so fun.

KLAX42

sadly, it got a "rotten" rating on rotten tomatoes from top critics.

Screw the top critics, they don't know what they're talking about. :x

Am I seeing things? I've seen that same guy in everybody sig....... wtf??
