there are some gems, but most suck so bad :(

Why yes. Green Day and Blink-182 are essentially responsible for ptretty much all pop punk acts. That may be their greatest sin but I can easily live with that cause Blink-182 is just too much fun for me.

And I knew that the hate would start flooding in. Well I'm going to ignore this thread now as I'm watching the Red Wings game and I hope by the time I return there will be a shift of bashing on another band.

I really don't mind Panic at the disco or Owl City or MCR.

Terrible bands in my opinion are Nickelback and stupid techno/hardcore/rap like BrokenCYDE.

and it seems like a lot of people on here think they are music experts. :roll: You'd be surprised to see the complexity behind some pop songs. I think people need to get beyond the whole "Mainstream isnt cool" BS.

And Black Eyed Peas, because it seems like every album they release is significantly worse than the last one they released. I might have to go in hiding the next time they decide to release an album because The E.N.D. is unbelievably bad.

the worse thing about black eyed peas is where is the love is a good song if they stayed that path they could have made some good music that you can listen to for more than 5 minutes

Granted, you're probably not too far off from what it will be titled given the way their music has been going...Watershed and Ghost Reveries were huge steps in the wrong direction.
