Who would win?

Vader. He clearly has the edge with Force powers. Man, people seriously overrate Batman here. He's a guy in a suit with gadgets and is highly proficient with hand-to-hand combat. Putting him up against people with actually superpowers is unfair.FragStainsI agree with this statement. Ultimately, Batman is just a normal guy with fancy gizmos and martial arts. Those things are highly useful when fighting your run-of-the-mill psychopaths like The Joker, but ultimately he'd get creamed if up against someone like Vader. Force choke through the bat armor = game over.

I think that if the two just happened across each other randomly and fought, Vader would easily crush batman but for the fact that the Dark Knight would know to retreat. Then, he would come up with a brilliant gadget and totally own Vader like he does with everyone else.
Please... not even a challenge... unless Adam West pulls out his "Force Choke repellant"....
Vader by a mile

Yet he still beat superman.

Which, with an enormous amount of luck, would be the only way to possibly defeat Vader.

That's the thing about Batman, he's always at least one step ahead of you. Maybe he would send his unmanned batmobile to attack Vader and when the sith is focused on the car there would suddenly be a batarang in his neck.

You sound like the typical DC writer by giving their heroes whatever they want/need to overcome a threat. I'm not giving batman anything, he has everything he needs to own Vader. The simple fact is that if he knows you are coming for him he will have a master plan. He'll know everything about you, find your weakness, and exploit it. He's a master tactician, that's what he does.
Darth Vader would winthe fight (I assume this is a fight) hands down because vader not only has superior tech he also has the force which he would just use to choke batman to death if all else fails, heck he might just start out with that and get it over with.
If Batman, god knows how, found out about Vader's past and did that. He's probably get crushed by Vader's force going berserk.Batman, because he's a detective, a good one. He would find out Vader's sad pre-history, and then just say something cruel about Padme. Vader loses it, starts balling like a whiny little Hayden Christensen, and the goddamned Batman takes him down.

Not so. Yoda was one of the darkest jedi ever at one point. He felt that in order to understand the force he had to study all aspects and so he went super dark for a while. It built his power up and there you have it. 600 year old badass.
Vader would cave his skull in before Bats can even whisper "I'm the Batman".TheZ3nManThis made me lol, but mostly because it's true.
I love batman, but, forcechoke, or force push off a building or something, or he even has a lightsaber
