Hitachino Nest, white Ale is the best I've ever had. Its a Japanese beer. I once had my beer store import me a half case of 32oz bottles from Japan.

It's only dangerous in the hands of idiots. I have never had anything bad happen to me nor have I done anything bad while drinking. The key is to not get drunk.
