Okay...the lady's out of town so I'm drinking wine and playing Xbox. Not crappy wine -- no no no! I can't drink the crappy wine anymore. It's amazing how big a difference five bucks makes. The eight dollar bottle versus the three dollar bottle? Hot damn! Thing is, I don't mind cheap beer. I live in the Pabst capital of the world (Portland, OR), but there's a micro-brewery on every corner -- so as much Pabst as we drink we're still beer snobs. I have to give beer the nod for being good even when it's bad, but good wine is...damn...really good.

Wine so better than beer. I find that many people drink beer because its supposedly cool. I'm on XBL drinking wine all the time, often kicking back like I'm the King of England, and kicking some serious ass.LiquidZ08

The only wine I've liked (out of the 6 I've tried) was White Zinfandel (Spelling error)

Chardonnay and Zinfandel are strains of grape. Not that there aren't good Chardonnay or Zinfandel wines, but most "good" wines are named after the region in which they are made -- the better the wine, the more specific the name (i.e. named after the plot of land where the grapes were grown). At least that's how it works for French wines (very lame explanation, excuse the), and I believe the California vineyards are very influenced by France. I don't mean to come across like some big wine snob or something, I'm mostly drinking wine because I've grown man-boobs since I quit smoking and I don't need the extra calories in beer. But good wine will score you points with chicks -- and deserves to be appreciated anyway because it tastes friggin tasty. Tonight I just grabbed the cheapest bottle from Bourgogne (the region of France I lived in) and it was the best wine I've had since I came back to the States. The crazy thing is that it's no better than what I got in France every night for one euro, no matter what I bought (except for Beaujolais -- I hate that sh**!).

i used to drink pepsi and coca cola and lot of other cold drinks, in ways of tins and while 1.5 litre bottles but after hearing about they using bad water issue i have discontinued it and there is no way i would drink any kind of drink like the ones mentioned in the topic infact i do have anykind of habits of smoking/drinking etc. my only habit and addiction is games.
