For me it has to be 1984. It's the only book that makes me read it again and again. Never gets old.

1984 is one of my favorites, as is The Hobbit, Animal Farm...

But my all-time favorite book is The Prestige. You may have seen the movie. It's horrible compared to it's source material. Hell, the movie hardly has anything to do with the book. Instead of saying "Based on the book" at the beginning, they could have just said "With names from the book, with our own stupid ideas thrown into it to try to make it more hollywoodish and appeal to the masses".

I'm not a big reader, but a few that I'm really glad that I read are

Lord of the Flies

Animal Farm

The first 3 Hitchiker's Guide books (I got halfway throught the 4th bored to death)

Tom Clancy's Net Force any of the real ones

The best book I've ever read would have to be "The Rules of Attraction" by Bret Easton Ellis. Although, it's hard to say if I like the movie more.

Finished readingNineteen Eighty Four eh? Time to pick up Burmese Days and Coming Up For Air. Two severely under-rated Orwell novels. I myself believe Burmese Days to be superior toNineteen Eighty Four and is my choice for "best book I've ever read."

As far as my personal favorite, I guess I might pick Shogun by James Clavell, but it's so hard to choose...

Man I didn't know you were into that.

And Faith of the Fallen is my favorite of the latter half of the series, which I'm sorry to say doesn't compare to the first 5 novels though. Still good reads nonetheless.

Defending it mocks logical reason as far as im concerned as well which is my BELIEF. Therefore I will support the fact when its presented.
