Tokyo.
It's huge and it has everything! big and boutique shops, giant malls, tranquil parks, amazing food, awesome events and festivals, well organized transportation, friendly and polite inhabitants, themeparks (disney land, disney sea, sega joypolis, la qua etc.), fantastic nightlife and clubscene, safe and non-corrupt and clean. And while there are loud and crowded parts like shibuya, roppongi, some parts of shinjuku and harajuku, most areas are quiet and calm and feel relaxed. The only negative is that public transportation stops after midnight.

Cool thread. Visiting places however, is very different to living there. I spent about 2 weeks in New York visiting family and enjoyed it. Spent 3 months doing a medical placement and really did not like it. I mean the food is great (so much meat haha) but coming from England, I was shocked at how rude people were. Rarely any sorry or thank you or excuse me. It's not as bad as Paris for example, but up there hehe

Y'all must not know about Twin Falls, Idaho. Sure the women are ugly and sure there's really not much to do there, BUT it's only a short 2 hour flight from most major cities in the western United States making it an ideal place to live for those who love to travel a lot.
