Quite honestly, the US. And not just out of blind patriotism either, but because it is the last country to protect its high moral standards and ethics, to protect all religion from persecution. The US is a country willing to fight for it's ideals, protect it's fundamental beliefs, etc. etc.

This coming from a nation where you're not allowed to make a movie which is anti-bush or anti-war? :| And last time i checked, i live in a nation where i'm allowed to say as i wish, practice any religion i wish. And i know our government is a HELL of a lot more open and democratic than the american equivalent. But whatever.Quite honestly, the US. I don't want to start another debate on religion and politics, but you do know that most of the founding fathers were deists. So really this country wasn't founded on any ideals that support organized religion.Quite honestly, the US. Do i need to link you to a movie of a man being denied the rental of cameras and weapons for a movie because it's anti-war? :| I dont want to get into any arguements here. I'm fine with people loving their country. But it's incredibly annoying when you start comparing yours to other people's. I for one know i'm about as free as you can be. I cant stand the stereotype that america is somehow any more "free" than other nations on earth. IThe UAE. Specifically Dubai.teh_forbiddenDubai is amazing! Tallest building in the world, indoor skiing and probably some of the best bazaars of the Middle East. Not to mention the Palm and World development projects and the plan to build the biggest airport in the world. If I was rich I'd live in Dubai, in the top suit at the Burj al arab of course:wink:

I disagree. The Dixie Chicks had every right in the world to speak out and say whatever they wanted to say. They were not thrown in jail or executed on the spot. But just as they had a right to make a statment or protest, other people had a right to disagree with them.
Freedom speech and the right to assemble does not mean that the population has to welcome your viewpoint with open arms. You just have the right to express that viewpoint.
As for blind, unyielding patriotism, Bush has an approval rate of 30% and is continously roasted on newshows and blogs. I would hardly call that blind.

I doubt Republicans would want to support democrats blindly, and the same on the democrats.
