I'll happilly eat someinsanely unhealthy food, but if I'm going to roll the bones with old man death, it won't be for some fast-food piece of bleeegh. Mind you, fast food as it's defined in the list above, not all forms of rapid-service venues that aren't chains of crap.
[QUOTE="cheese_game619"][QUOTE="JustPlainLucas"] I think the reason why it's hard to group Subway with other fastfood places is that it's considered to be far healthier. thegerg
Or it could be that serving one customer at a time isn't as fast as other fast food places... when it's busy. This is why I have my stomach on a screwed up hunger timetable on purpose.
The employees at that Subway are doing it wrong. every Subway I've been to has at least 2 people behind the line and both are helping customers.Okay. Two customers at a time.I'm still waiting five people back.
[QUOTE="LazyMushroom"]What's a Nando's?Does Nando's count as a fast food?
JustPlainLucas
Yep, it counts. It's a semi-fast food restruant originating from South Africa but is now worldwide. Google it.
Wow... only a handful restaurants in a small pocket on the east coast.... Guess I'll never find out about them.Yep, it counts. It's a semi-fast food restruant originating from South Africa but is now worldwide. Google it.

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten is from the What-a-Burger on Jefferson Ave. in Newport News VA. That is some good burgers.
Hmmmm... Whataburger is fast food? I hereby declare an exception to my previous blanket statement... :P
Definitely Checkers without a doubt. Its easily the least healthy of these options, but it has so any cheap tasty items. Nothing beats a Baconzilla with fully loaded fries, wings and a choco shake. Unfortunately, it does force me to add some extra cardio into my workout that day if I decide to eat all that.
"Buy the ticket, take the ride." (Hunter S. Thompson) Any time bacon, cheese, and chocolate are in the same meal, that statement applies. So... you sweat it off later, but at that moment... Sometimes we have to wait in lines. Even at places like McDonald's and Taco Bell the cashier can only talk to one person at a time.Sarif Industries is working on that. :P
[QUOTE="WhiteKnight77"]Oooh, I forgot about Whataburger. I haven't eaten there sinve I lived in Texas.... and Zaxby's. Isn't that just down here in the South?One of the best burgers I have ever eaten is from the What-a-Burger on Jefferson Ave. in Newport News VA. That is some good burgers.

Haha, I can't wait. Heh... imagine the triplet in the Hyron Core taking your order! "You want fries with that-Mommy show me the ight, so cold, must sleep-and a chocolate shake?" :DFive Guys if I'm craving a burger, but the location is like 20 minutes away so I usually only get it when I'm in the area. Otherwise I go for subway the majority of the time. I don't like getting fries, so I tend to feel I get more for my money at subway getting a $5 footlong instead of just a single w/ cheese.Pittfan666
Yeah, they are good and I wish there were more around. The closest one to me is about the same distance from mer as yours is from you. :(
