A hard choice, but I would have to go with "The Godfather" series.

[QUOTE="SaintLeonidas"]If I really had to name just one I would go with Wild Strawberries.Jazz_FanBergman FTW! You sir are correct! :P
I love these threads. But when I'm asked to list just ONE film, my head explodes.Nerd_Man
For shame. You and I both know you just saw the best film you will ever see in your lifetime and the next couple ones. I am talking about this film: Treevenge!.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail, easily. What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?DJ_Lae
Bring me a shrubbery!

The baby scene was probably the most brutal thing I've ever seen in film... I take that back. The scene where they make the two lovers kiss was absolutely brutal.Yeah, I do believe everyone should see Treevenge! to see why we consider it the best thing to be seen ever.
My personal favorite would be Unforgiven.chessmaster1989
Not The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly? *looks at avatar*
It is by far the best film about trees :PYeah, I do believe everyone should see Treevenge! to see why we consider it the best thing to be seen ever.

Pfft! more than just trees. It's about genocide and man's cruel inhumanity towards those who can't defend themselves. It's about the commercialism of traditions and how that has made everyone deaf and blind to the suffering of others not like them. OSCAR material I tell you.

TGTBTU just misses my top 5 (I'd rank it as my 6th favorite movie of all time), but I still love it. Fantastic movie in every way. 10/10

As much as I love Eastwood's westerns, my top favorite of his would have to be Dirty Harry. Eastwood personified Harry Callahan in a way no other actor could have.:)
I cant name just one, that would be impossible. Here are 5 though.
5. Let the right one in- Watched this again out of sheer boredom and I still loved it:P

I watched this recently. I liked it, but not as much as the people in OT did I guess. :P

Dirty Harry is great, but I think that Eastwood has better movies. Really, I think (in terms of movies others have directed) that all of Leone's The Man with No Name trilogy is better (especially TGTBTU), and (in terms of movies Eastwood has directed (and in some cases acted in)) that Unforgiven, Mystic River, and Million Dollar Baby were all definitely better.
That doesn't, however, stop Dirty Harry from being a highly entertaining movie. :D

Understandable, the cat attack scene still makes me cringe at how bad it looks, but I can forgive the film since the rest is so good to me. Plus the film inspired me to write my own vampire story so that helps:P

Million Dollar Baby really tugged at the heartstrings. I actually had a lump in my throat at the ending.
I'll go on the record and say I haven't yet seen an Eastwood film I haven't enjoyed.:)

I liked it more than Twilight at least. :P

Neither have I, actually. Some, I think, are only mediocre or only a step above that, but there are a lot of fantastic ones as well.
Well, my favorite film of all time is "The Wizard." Since that technically doesn't count as the best film I've ever seen, I'd say that the best film is either "Stand by Me" or "Jaws."
