Well I don't own 50 guns and I've only ever fired a 12 Gauge shotgun once (very cool I might add). Yet, I don't disagree what you said. I simply meant that most of us won't have the knowledge to know what every gun is like.

To all those Desert Eagle fans: the .50AE version is a piece of garbage! Its only good hanging on a wall because its heavy and has too much recoil. No army has ever adopted the Desert Eagle.

Depends what you are using it for. For general combat purposes, I am going with the M1 Garand. I think kicks modern weapon's ass.

I personally, own one. Mine is a Springfield Armory make.

If it aint a .30 cal bullet, it's not worth my time.

I carried an M14 DMR in the Corps. No silencer though.

I love guns.

I recently purchased one of these. The recoil is like a .45ACP, because of the weight. I let my neice shoot it (8 years old), and she could handle it. Didn't hit anything, but she handled it nonetheless.

as far as legal to own guns. Winchester M1887 Shotgun.

For Rifle, M16. Low recoil, lightwieght round, accurate, decent stopping power, good range. /end thread.

The AK47 would be a personal favorite.

Cheap, effective, indestructible.

I would imagine most people wouldn't want a flaky gun in battle.

Runner up is the P90. Why, because I am shallow and like looks.
