Blazing Dragons, although that's kind of like Looney Tunes in that it contains ample intelligence that kids would likely not understand or pick up on.

That was pretty much the one cartoon that I just could not stand as a kid. :P

Well nowadays the only one that I find interesting are Fairly Odd parents and Sponge ob. Both are clever, witty and funny.Though they have dropped the ball a bit, especially the sponge.

Looney Toons and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends are my favorites.

For a very long time simpsons and dexters laboratory were my favourite, but a few years ago iturned on cartoon network for the first time in years and the first show that came on was Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends. From that day forward it was without a doubt my favourite cartoon show ever and possibly one of my favourite tv shows in general. Everything about it is just incredible and some episodes are just genius.

Honourable mentions include Powerpuff Girls and the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

I found Fairly Odd Parents to be awesome :lol:

Pokemon is the best. I cried when Ash said goodbye to Butterfree so it could join its group again. :cry:

Penguins of Madagascar. My sis watches that show and its actually quite funny.

Way to many favourites to choose from.. Cow 'n' chicken, Courage the cowardly dog, fosters home for imaginary friends, dexters laboratory, johnny bravo, ed edd and eddy.. I could go on all day :P honestly i can't pick a favourite 1 :)
