The newest Spider-Man cartoon, The Spectacular Spider-Man. It has something for kids and adults alike (plenty of references and jokes that would go over a kid's head), it is funny, action-packed, and smart in the way it handles Spidey's life, his relationships, and his villains. I'd say it's the very best interpretation of Spider-Man outside of the comics, and if you're familiar with the state of the comics this side of the century, you'd likely agree that it's a better interpretation of Spider-Man than...well, Spider-Man in comic form lately.
I'm a big Spidey fan, and if any of you are, I highly recommend this show, it's awesome!
-HEY! Arnold
-The Rugrats
-Angry Beavers
-Rocko's Modern Life
-(Old) Ren and Stempy
-Courage The Cowardly Dog

DOUG ftw, you all know thatsmokingsbadFck yah! I pretty much love all the original CartoonNetwork shows, like Johnny Bravo, PPG, Ed Edd and Eddy, Dexter's Lab, etc.
I'm sorry, but the majority of American cartoons are ridiculously stupid and meaningless, the sort you would show to make your child brain dead.
Excuse my honesty.

Canadian cartoons are worse. And...to my anger and dismay, pretty much every single one of them is funded by goverment grants.

Can't say I've ever watched a Canadian cartoon.
To be honest, the same goes for 60% of Hollywood movies. Such utter rubbish comes out far too often, the ratio of bad movies:good is like 10:1.
Now I might sound extremely biased, but UK movies are actually far more watchable, and less 'facepalm-worthy'. Same goes for Norwegian & French films, although the latter is usually incredibly depressing.

We're hardly famous for our animation.
