So many it's hard for me to choose even though I do have some that stand out for me: Sympathy For Lady Vengeance, Spirited Away, and Only Yesterday -- the only ones I can remember right now.
There are too many really good soundtracks out there to choose from but I'd have to say anything from John Williams, composer of the Star Wars music, or Graem Revell, composer of the Craft soundtrack, is at the top of the list.
It's a good soundtrack, but just so you know, it borrows A LOT from Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherezehade (sic). Which you might want to check out. That's a classical piece, not a soundtrack.
