Session 9 had another good shock ending. Same director too.

The most recent one that comes to mind: Chinatown. There was a lot of foreshadowing, but damn, it just slapped me in face. super_mario_128

The Departed was the biggest shock though, when i watched it, i was like WTF?! Can something like this happen in a film?!

Psycho had me terrified when I first saw that movie when I was young for sure. Fight Club as well was pretty up there. That last shot is epicness. I just love this shot Seven is also up thereToriko42

The entire last 15 minutes of Fight Club is amazing.

I spoiled the book before I read it, though. So the 'surprise' of the book (and, later, the movie) was lost on me.

this movie i seen on T.V. called Doughboy it had the biggest twist i ever seen

The Prestige and if the first Saw was the first one you watched, the ending just blows your mind.
