I'd have to say Ireland. However, I have a weak spot for Jack Daniels. May not be the best quality, but I sure do love it.

Here's how it goes. Scotch is without a doubt, the best liquor ever created. I'd also like to make the discussion a bit more clear.

Scotch is from Scotland...

Bourbon is from Kentucky...

Both are Whiskey, but are in a seperate category. Whiskey from anywhere else is just whiskey.

I'd have to go with Scotland. I have 20 bottle from various distilleries, aged from 12-25 years. I think my booze collection costs more than my game collection!

Bushmills oldest whiskey brewry in the northern hemisphere.FTW

Being 16 however I shouldn't know that ( *winks* ) but i'v had my fare share of whiskey and nothing beats Bushmills.

2nd would be that Scottish Grousse whiskey.

I would concur with you 100%. I've got two bottles of Lagavulin, on 12 year, and another that's around 20. I've also got a couple of Lophraig, and Ardburg too. Yummy!

I love Chivas Regal. I also love anything that starts with Glen. Scotch is just a superior form of Whiskey. It's great alone, on ice, with water, in manhattans, with butter, etc. However I can drink it, I will.

Scotch is just the best! poll closed...

apparently, scotch is so good, when they went to print the labels, they forgot the E!

As far as the Japanese, let's be honest, their engrish isn't the best...
